The Bernedoodle, a cross between the Poodle and the Bernese mountain dog, is a companion dog that loves to be by your side. How to Train a Bernedoodle
For potentially stubborn puppies, the best way to train them is always to use positive reinforcement. In fact, positive reinforcement has been shown to be the absolute best way to train any dog. When you have a dog that is prone to stubbornness, you want to avoid any negative reinforcement. While these puppies may be a bit strong-willed when young, they do gradually shed that will as they get older. Positive reinforcement combined with repetition and consistency is sure to give you a well-trained dog. These dogs can sometimes be a little wary of strangers. It is very important to socialize with many people when they are young. If your dog is not properly socialized, they may become anxious in front of strangers, which can be unpleasant for guests.
