The Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association is a non-profit organization that supports and serves its members. Its members are dedicated to advancing the field of labor and employment law through education, leadership, public service, and networking. The Section offers scholarship opportunities, quality programs, and leadership opportunities. Membership in the Section is free. To apply for a Fellowship, submit an application and two letters of recommendation. Once accepted, you can expect to receive a full membership to the Association.
